Live Nation, the world’s largest live music company, has finally sealed a 360 degree deal with Jay Z worth around $150m.
The deal, talks of which were first announced in the American press in April, includes the formation of a new Live Nation/Jay-Z joint entertainment company called Roc Nation as well as 775,434 shares in Live Nation plus additional options.
